Posting Pics In Gallery

Well i tried to post a pic in gallery but it wouldnt post... my friend tried it, it still wouldnt ....

well ive tryed to solve that but idk where to do it. the gallery section was ment for everyone but idk how to change it. well i do know who but my point is where is it that we can change it...

its in the modules area. i tried looking for a solution to fix it but i had no luck.

i think its fixed. try to upload something now.
